One of our favorite designers is back again with a stunning new collection of romantic vintage inspired wedding dresses, and we are swooning left and right around here. I mean… COME ON.
This is the new GALA collection, from Galia Lahav, and honestly we could look at these pictures all day (and we have been. They continue to delight!). Click the images below for larger photos and more details of these vintage inspired wedding dresses.
Up today we thought we’d show you a few 1920s style wedding dresses we’ve stumbled upon over the last few months (actually some roaring ’20s and 1930s inspired dresses).

First up we’ve got a couple of 1930s inspired wedding gowns, like this dreamy dress from Deco Weddings fave BHLDN:
This is the “Breathless” dress, and it’s actually being promoted as a bridesmaid’s gown, it comes in a variety of hues, and it would be fabulous for that but we think it also works perfectly as an elegant (and budget-friendly!) vintage style gown on its own!

This beautiful vintage inspired wedding, sent to us from Lass + Beau, features a variety of elegant 1920s style details and a stunning bride in a navy (!) gown. It’s unique, and lovely and perfect.
This wedding also features one of the most incredible vintage venues we’ve seen in a while, the absolutely breathtaking Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, NY.
Bride and groom Tina and Jeremy also have a great modern love story that started with a college romance:
It was Thanksgiving and Tina was staying at the dorm for the holiday break. Jeremy was heading home for Thanksgiving dinner with his family and he couldn’t get Tina off of his mind. He said that he just kept thinking of her being alone for the holiday and so he ended up leaving his family meal midway through and heading back to school with a container full of thanksgiving dinner for the two of them.
Their relationship included periods of trying to navigate long-distance (across continents!) but no matter what else was going on in their lives, the two remained best friends. After 11 years they are excited to be starting the next chapter of their life as husband and wife, and we’re excited to be bringing you the photos of this beautiful celebration.
