This lovely 1920s garden party wedding from Shannyn Dare Photography features a stunning blue and gold color scheme, and delicate vintage touches throughout.
From the bride:
My theme was a mix of the roaring 20s and romantic garden….I fell in love with my dress and thought it matched the theme perfectly because of the lace and beading. I had the detachable straps made into upper arm cuffs. To keep with the 1920s theme I accessorized with a forehead band of pearls and gold dangle earrings.
The bridesmaid’s bouquets were completely DIY. We found some cream silk roses which we dipped in gold paint and blue flowers from a floral. The bouquet holders we made from gold ribbon.
The most anticipated moment was finally saying the words I do, knowing that we were finally married after all the planning and done with the “hard part” of the wedding day. A weight was really lifted off our shoulders after that because the most important part was complete.
