Outdoor Elopement | Red Rock Canyon | Emma + Terence
Up today we have a gorgeous outdoor elopement at Nevada’s Red Rock Canyon, which is not far from the Strip, but feels as if it is light years away.
Submitted to us from Cactus Collective Weddings, here are some of the details they shared from this beautiful outdoor elopement with a spectacular natural backdrop:
Terence popped the question at Victoria Falls, Zimbabwé, in 2019. A double rainbow gave them a positive omen and Emma cried a bit! The couple had originally planned to get married in Québec city, at the brides parent’s house. With the global pandemic, it was impossible to have their families reunited and keep all the guests safe. Emma decided to keep her white wedding dress for the future event in 2021 and wanted to explore the possibility to get married in a black dress!
After researching Red Rock Canyon she was taken away by the beauty of the colors. That’s when she decided to get a beige gown. She worked with a designer on Etsy who made something that would fit her body type, in her dream lighter color.
Emma’s favorite moment was how they looked at each other through the whole ceremony. It was intense and magic. Terence’s favorite moment was reading his vows to Emma. Finally sharing what he had wanted to say for a long time.
