Today we have this lovely, sweet summer wedding from Apaige Photography. Like so many plans over the last year, last summer this couple had to shift and change and make new decisions about how to celebrate. The results are evident in the photos – a gorgeous day, a lovely couple and a stunning celebration– one as small and intimate as it was beautiful!
From the photographer:
Alek and Lindsay got married on a BEAUTIFUL Saturday in June. Like most weddings during COVID season, these two had to make some big decisions for their day. They decided on a smaller ceremony so they could safely include their grandparents, and plan on throwing a larger party later next year for their other friends and family.
This wedding was not only personally beautiful because of the people in it, but also because of the emotion and love surrounding and between these two. Kaitlin and I felt right at home when we walked into the house, and the amount of thought and love Lindsay’s mom put into everything to make Lindsay feel just as important as she would have been with her bridesmaids was so touching.
At the end of this day, I had even forgot that this wasn’t a normal wedding filled with bridesmaids, groomsmen and hundreds of guests. The family at the wedding just made it feel that, full.Â
