This stunning 1920s inspired vow renewal from Torianna Brooke Photography features nonstop gorgeous vintage details! A beautiful speakeasy styled shoot, as well as a celebration for two former high school sweethearts who didn’t get the opportunity to have the wedding of their dreams the first time around.
From the bride:
My husband and I have been unknowingly intertwined our entire lives….We were born and raised within 20 miles of each other, and even attended the same preschool together. Our parents were not best friends or co-workers; they did not even know each other. Fast forward about ten years and both sets of our parents divorced and our mothers moved out of the city and into the country. They began working together at our church daycare and that is how I first met my husband (that I can remember ). I did not like him at first, he was my total opposite. Two years after that first meeting, we ran into each other again the summer before I started high school. We have been together ever since.
Facing unimaginable challenges including welcoming our first son while I was in high school, could have been enough to end our relationship many times over but we have succeeded over them all. Over this last 12 year together we have grown up together, started a family, and continue to grow in love each year.
Ever since I was a little girl, I have grown up around old things, my family owns an auction business, and I have been fascinated with decades past. Whenever thinking of my wedding, I always admired the vintage style. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not get the chance to have the wedding experience when we first married. This shoot was incredible, everything from the gown, the décor, and the tablescape were straight out of my dreams.
