There's something undeniably romantic about winter weddings. Maybe it's the coziness factor, or the potential for formal-wear snowball fights, or the opportunity to wear a lovely (faux) fur stole, or all of the above. But I love them!
One of the best weddings I've ever been to was a winter wedding in New York City, and I still remember it so fondly. While I'm certain the bride and groom were less-than-enthused about the massive snowstorm that overtook the city just hours prior, there was no denying it created an atmosphere of warmth and camraderie. Nothing like being handed a steaming mug of hot cider before the ceremony, just as you come in from the cold. Switch out of those boots and into some heels and you're ready to party!
