Vintage Inspired Austin, Texas Wedding | Bailee + Jack
Today we have a beautiful, intimate vintage inspired Austin, Texas wedding from Nikk Nguyen Photo.
From the photographer:
There are so many ways to tie the knot, so many different styles, and thus – a myriad of opinions about how you “should” go about your big day. In the midst of all of this, it’s important to remember that it is your wedding.
Bailey and Jack are the perfect examples on how to do this. They opted for a very intimate downtown wedding with only immediate family. Every aspect of their wedding day was a unique representation of their love and their story. They exchanged vows standing in a sea of candles, surrounded by their close family members.
“It was wonderful to have such a close, meaningful celebration of our marriage with our family,” said the newlyweds.
It was beautiful to see how Bailee and Jack stayed close to themselves. After their first look, they grabbed coffee at Royal Blue and headed to the ceremony, which was done in a modern style in the midst of downtown Austin.
Instead of a traditional wedding gown, Bailee wore a classy and elegant jumpsuit that complemented Jack’s light grey suit perfectly. I loved their outfits, they looked like they walked straight out of a magazine together!

Up today we have a romantic North Carolina waterfall elopement from Simply Eloped and Cappy Phalen Photography. Emily and Marko chose to elope in Asheville’s DuPont State Park at Triple Falls. Their ceremony backdrop was a gorgeous waterfall, and after they were married, they popped champagne, toasted to their marriage, and indulged in a box …

The greenery-heavy, draping and cascading floral bridal bouquet was popular throughout the 1920s, and has made a slightly more understated (but equally lovely) …
This beautiful wedding, from Chowen Photography, mixes some of my favorite elements together into a wonderfully unique celebration: a gorgeous outdoor 1920s style wedding. You get the silky, glimmering deco gown and accessories, but you also get backdrops like this one: Wow? Wow. Simply lovely. Click any of the thumbnails below to see the larger …
We love a light and bright inspiration shoot just as much as the next wedding blog, but to be honest we’re also suckers for anything dark and glam, and this stunning vintage gothic wedding inspiration shoot from Julian Events, Jason Domingues Photography and A Day to Adore Photography is truly swoon-worthy.
