What a gorgeous, vintage inspired autumn castle wedding we have for you today! A stunning setting in the hills outside Perugia, this beautiful event offers breathtaking views and gorgeous detail.
Hermia and Daniel, celebrated their wonderfully romantic at a dream location: “it was love at first sight” they told us, once they had decided on this medieval Castello and luxurious Hotel on the outskirts of Perugia. The location, offers a very unique panorama of Perugia and the underlying valley and is surrounded by pristine Italian style gardens.
The symbolic ceremony was held in an important former Monastery complex where we created and indoor wild garden atmosphere: we created a sort of asymmetrical and natural “open” arch decorated with a cascade of very natural large flowers in the shades of Marsala, Bordeaux, antique-rose and cream, while tall evergreen plants framed the entire ceremony area.
Given the autumn season, the dining event took place indoors. In order to keep the romantic and natural atmosphere, and given the modern appearance of the dining hall, our design was a hybrid that sought mediation between the modern and colourful design of the room and the romantic, sophisticated and refined decoration requested by the couple.
